"We recently had our new G-Plan Corner Sofa from Vale Furnishers delivered, and we are so pleased with it. Our whole Customer Service experience has been brilliant. From our first meeting with Ty, who helped us chose our sofa, and made sure the measurements were correct and gave us great advice, to the two brilliant Guys who delivered the sofa, they had such a struggle getting the sofa in our house, but persevered with great humour. Our Sofa is so comfortable. We would highly recommend Vale Furnishers, very Good Customer Service from start to delivery."

"Wow. What a place. We visited the Ash Vale store which is beautiful . We were greeted upon entry and allowed to browse at leisure, only when we required help did the wonderful sales person JADE help in our quest. We spent 3 and a half hours selecting the correct sofa, JADE helped us with sizing, suggestions for fabrics etc. We were offered tea and coffee and importantly, time. Time to make our decision without being coerced. Having changed our minds numerous times even after the order had been originally drawn up JADE stayed polite and professional throughout. We eventually left with numerous objects (nearly everything you see is on sale) including a wonderful sofa. We had originally purchased a sofa from Sofology.(Big mistake) and our advice would be to go to this Company. Yes, the prices are a little higher but so, so worth it. Overall a wonderful experience in a wonderful store with wonderful staff. THANK YOU Oh and we came all the way up from Brighton. So glad we did."

"I've been very impressed with the choice available to view in the showroom, customer service and delivery. The help I received with the selection of pieces was very professional and after much measuring, deliberation (and patience from the sales advisor) I am delighted with my final choice. The Italian style furniture suits my bedroom very well giving it a real wow! factor. It makes me smile and my home a relaxing place to be. The delivery team took all the stress out of the experience and completed the construction of my bedroom cabinet expertly and in double quick time. I highly recommend Vale Furnishings."

"First class staff. We came across Vale Furnishers Ltd by mistake. We were looking for somewhere to have breakfast on our way to visit another venue. I’m glad we did! 5 floors of everything you need for your home furnishings. The thing that stood out for me were the staff all very helpful, personable and professional. We will be travelling back there soon to order new furniture and a few other bits we like soon. The store is about 45 mins from where we live but it’s more than worth the drive.. I will review again once we have ordered our items and taken delivery. We were told there will be a wait for some of the items we want but that doesn’t matter to us, the shopping experience is important and I think Vale have got it right.. so refreshing."
