From the initial easy to use website where you can design your own kits (designs were automatically saved so could alter them at my leisure), to the email follow up and progress report throughout the order. Tony even rang me direct to talk me through a cheaper alternative to one of the designs as is his experience he believed this would be more beneficial to our team, and he was right! All in all, from payment to delivery of the items took about 3 weeks, great quality products and absolutely top class customer service (special mention to Steph who helped put when Tony was ill) I will never feel the need to use any other company to supply kits to my teams.
