"Awful company. Quoted £100 from Stansted to Maidenhead sent SMS confirming this, never mentioned any other costs on phone, sms or email. Charged an additional £70 waiting change. When challenged about the unfairness of the waiting charge and the fact that nothing was raised about this in any of the communication the following is the quote from the company 'You were not informed as you didn't ask. Why would we tell everyone that calls that taxis charge for waiting'. I suggest if you use this company you ask for clarity & confirmation in writing. Recommendation is use someone else."
