"Service & Communication very inadequate. We used Philips having previously used the firm they have incorporated with, hoping the experience would be the same. I use a range of solicitors regularly for business so have some idea of service expectations and timings/communication. Our last experience at Philips was ended by us having been ongoing without ANY progress since the end of May 22 - We chased numerous times and were promised that things would start moving but nothing changed.
