"Despite being such a busy store, on a main high street with loads of passing traffic and trade and a GP surgery literally around the corner, the team at Boots Station Road Mickleover always make time to help and show genuine interest and care. When they have been really busy I have always found really good communication from the team so you can go away and come back if you have other things to do. Throughout the COVID pandemic, there's was one of the few establishments I felt truly safe in accessing too."
"Zero service!! Went in this morning for cough mixture and was told they were sold out. I said that I was desperate and asked when they would have their next delivery. I was told that they had had one and the "lady" looked at the floor at some blue pallets. I asked when she would be getting them out and she said that would be tomorrow afternoon!!! Completely unhelpful with a "couldn't care less" type of attitude. I won't be going there again."
