"Alpha clinic ( who have disabled Facebook reviews) and the mess they have made of my face please feel free to share far and wide. I am at present seeking legal advice and have been left scarred. I have waited 21 days before sharing this I have given every opportunity for resolve and hoped more than anything to resolve matters quickly and fairly, o have been ignored and it’s taken over 15 days to even have an owner contact me, when she called she hadn’t bothered to look at notes emails or photographs, she’s now said she will take 20 days to investigate, after 15 days of no response at all! I didn’t get an apology when I mentioned this she asked if that’s what I wanted, an apology won’t fix my face! Where should I share this post? How do I stop others from making the same mistake? I have been left scarred for life financially out of pocket and I shall have to fork out for scar treatment or live with the scars!! I had an app on 17th of august after a great consultation, I was to have Botox, cheek filler and lip filler, I was excited for the treatments. I have always used Alpha and previously Sophie has done my treatments and I was always happy. Unfortunately my appointment didn’t go to plan and Jan offered what she called an extraction, this was actually taking a pin and bursting active acne the squeezing leaving my face bruised and marked, and she put a pin in an abscess that had previously been treated by my doctor. I have a dermatologist and have been well warned against bursting or squeezing active acne. I woke the next day to a very bruised and swollen face and had to have an emergency app at the doctor where I was given antibiotics and warned I will be left with scars. As the bruising is clearing It’s revealing new scars daily, I can’t put into words my devastation. I was given an appointment to amend the filler and Botox the Botox was added to, however the filler was not fixed and to date I have not received an appointment or refund for these treatments, I have paid for these treatments and so far I’m left disappointed with live long scaring. The receptionist and second therapist looked horrified at the mess of my face photos where taken of the bruising and scarring and again I haven’t heard back in relation to this. I have been told 15 days after my app that a 20 day investigation will happen, this is to little to late I am scarred for life! I am in the process of seeking legal advice, I have photographic evidence of my face before and after treatment as well as a statement from my doctor, a quick google tells you that you never squeeze active acne! Jan said she enjoys squeezing more than injection I left what was supposed to be an uplifting appointment in tears, I’ve now had 3 days off work because of doctors appointments and swelling, which has also cost me a lot. The pictures with this review show my face the day after treatment the 2 weeks after treatment (scars starting to develops) and my face previous to any treatments, my skin has never been perfect I have above but what you can see is I don’t have acne scarring, that was until Jan attacked my face, I plan to take to social media to show the mess that has been made of my face!! I have had acne all of my adult life at 43 I had no scars I hate my acne flare ups but I know not to squeeze, I am humiliated and heart broken. Utterly disgusted with Alpha and would strongly advice against using them."
