"Worst courier to use. Drive 30 mins after I speak with them on the phone to collect what they should delivery one day ago, and when I get there they can't give me my parcel cause the warehouse is locked and they don't have the keys to open it....."

"APC are possibly the worst courier to use from this recipient’s point of view. Late notice of delivery (10pm the night before) by email only not text, a two-hour window for delivery announced on the same day when it is too late to change plans, and a fifty mile journey to collect from the depot if you miss it, and that’s between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday only. And the depot is nowhere useful where could be combined with other errands. I avoid buying anything delivered by this company because it’s such a pain. Sorry."

"Fantastic service. I was out when they tried to deliver so I called and said I would pick my parcel up in the evening. I actually got out of work early so got to APC too early. The driver came back at the end of his round to deliver for me. No grumpy face considering. The guy was smiling, pleasant and polite. Very happy"
