"I have been training with the TISKA Karate club at Tilehurst, Reading since 2012 when both myself and my son joined. We came to karate in search of an activity to help our son build esteem, confidence, respect, discipline and active listening. I can honestly say that this is hands down the best thing I have ever invested in for my son. He became more confident, attentive, stronger and disciplined and I did ok too :) Mr Mistry the Sensei is hugely experienced, very approachable and makes each class very enjoyable. The Tilehurst club has a wide and diverse membership with ages ranging from the very young to the very senior (like myself). I would highly encourage and recommend anyone looking for a hobby that delivers, to come along and give it a try......"
