"Have bought products from sports direct stores in the past and happy with the quality of most items. However, I recently ordered a tracksuit on line for my daughter. It was faulty so I went in store to return it, only to be told that due to their policy they were unable to return products bought online. I had to pay £3.50 to return the item at the post office. I found this very frustrating, a aaste of my time and money because of their poor quality and customer service. I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future."

"Basingstoke branch much more choice than Andover branch. But with 3 levels not difficult to decide where to go. Got what we wanted straight away although needed printing on one shirt but that wasn't able to be done until next day, so another trip to collect it. Whilst masks were requested to be worn while in store staff didn't ask those customers without masks to put one on. That is only complaint I have with this branch."
