"Today we booked a wheelchair friendly tax with Swift cabs at 1.35pm. We was told it was a 30 min wait which we was happy to wait for. I had a confirmation to say taxi will be here for 1.50pm. 2pm I rang they said they sent out the wrong taxi so it’s come back and sending out a wheelchair friendly one which was fine. So we waited, I then rang another time to say it was late and will be 5-6 mins. It is now 2.54pm and we have given up after 6 other phones calls for my calls to be rejected. Absolutely disgusting. We have been sat outside in the cold waiting for this taxi with a elderly lady. I will never use this service again and will not be recommending it to people. Can’t even be bothered to keep customers up to date or even bother to turn up to paying customers. Don’t waste your time and book ELSEWHERE!"
