"Medicine took days to be ready. Medicine was consistently not delivered. When complaining about this service, the pharmacist went on an extended tirade about being unable to recruit staff. This interaction felt very unprofessional. Although, to their credit they did freely agree their service was sub-standard. I might be a good idea to steer clear!"

"Utterly abysmal. Often closed in the middle of the day. On my last 4 consecutive visits the queue has been out of the door. Average waiting time to collect a repeat prescription has been 45 minutes. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. Avoid."

"The staff there are really friendly, but I have never had my medication ready, no matter how far in advance I request it. It’s always too busy, with the queue to be seen taking upwards of 30 mins, let alone the wait time for prescriptions. I understand that the team is very very busy, and it’s not their fault, but gosh trying to get a prescription filled seems to require a half day off work!"

"The pharmacy was frantically busy before Christmas, but all the staff were patient, friendly and helpful. At closing time they had to lock the door, but they kept going until everyone who arrived before closing time had been served. I mislaid an envelope containing personal information in a hand dyed bag that had been a special present. To my amazement they kept it for 2 or 3 days until I could collect. Thank you so much everyone!"

"I've been using Day Lewis for years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. They are head and shoulders above Boots and the old Lloyd's pharmacy. The pharmacy is always nice and clean. The staff are all very polite and professional and they were amazing during the pandemic. I have nothing but praise for them and good things to say."
