"Second time using the pharmacy and always like to give the benefit of the doubt hence giving them a second try. Visited the doctors for antibiotics, prescription electronically sent through to this pharmacy. Attended and was told item wasn’t in stock and I needed to come back next day after 12 to collect. I was given the option to source elsewhere but thought it would be ok to collect the following day. Arrived at 1:15 and queued for roughly 20 minutes. The pharmacist on duty was clearly overwhelmed and overworked and was rude. He stipulated to a dispenser that I shouldn’t be collecting till after 4pm but not what I was advised. I then was told the medication wasn’t in and I should have been told 48 hours for arrival not 24 hours. No patient concern at all and not very good service. Similar situation to the first visit. I won’t be using again and would advise others not to. Heatherside pharmacy was much better staffed and fast….and would you believe it had the antibiotics in stock even though it’s smaller. Upper Gordon Road need to sort communication problems out for those requiring immediate medication. Poor service and disgruntled staff."
"Staff are just rude from their expressions to the manner and tone in which they serve. Seem to have a holier than thou attitude or just hate certain types of customers for no reason."
"GP prescribed a medince for my child 200g. I called this pharmacy 1st time (a woman answered), she said they only have 100g, I specifically asked them to check again to be sure, they said that is all they have, so I called my GP who prescribed another 100g. I called this pharmacy 2nd time to ensure they get it this time (a man answered), he said they still only have 100g despite I asked them to check thoroughly to ensure, so I called my GP again who precreibled another 100g. I called this pharmacy 3rd time (a woman answered), she said they have 100g, this time I had to explained whole thing, then she found out NOW they have 400g in total, this means last 2 calls to them, they advised incorrectly. When I asked her why this happened, she said their system only showing latest/last prescription they got from GP, when I told her I did asked her colleagues to check thoroughly, now she became defensive, she asked me why it is a problem, I said this has created fraction for me and my GP as I had to fight to get GP prescribe it twice that GP did correctly first time. then she realised they made mistake twice and she became irritating and defensive even more and said "anyway, now you medince is ready to pick up, good bye" and hang up on me. This is the level of service you get from this pharmacy, and now I understand why they have a notice put on in their pharmacy "our staffs has the right not to be harassed ......", it makes perfect sense as they bought this up on themselves based on their mistakes, attitude and how they dealt their mistakes. So far this is not the worst, I tried to review this pharmacy on NHS website, NHS rejected my reviews. Of course NHS protects their own, this is exactly why Hugh holes in NHS, us the tax payers just endlessly pay in the hole. "Use this pharmacy on a regular basis for repeat prescriptions! This year going through cancer they have been exceptionally supportive and caring which was fantastic to have. Especially as I've still never met my oncologist in person! Thank you... Highly recommended!"
"I went to the pharmacy the other day to ask for some advise about pain relief after having an operation on my leg. I spoke to a polite young lady and she was very helpful, she asked what other medication I was on and made sure that I was able to take the pain relief along side it with no issues. The staff all seemed very busy yet were very attentative to customers. Well done to all the staff at Camberley."
