"Tried to get served twice on a Saturday, it was so busy I gave up waiting. I took note of the glasses I wanted to order and returned during the week. I was served by a friendly chap but was told that my prescription emailed from a reputable optician required a signature? It mentioned that I had never come across this before. So the chap said he’d double check this. 10 minutes later I was told my prescription was accepted. During this time I found out the glasses I wanted were no longer in stock. I finally ordered and paid for x 2 glasses (one long distance and one short distance). Two weeks later my glasses were ready. But when I picked them up the chap had put through the order as x 2 long distance. So I now have to wait longer for my short distance glasses and was told I would get a phone call today with an update. I haven’t received a call and now the shop is shut. Not a great customer experience for me."

"Please avoid this place. The tests are not conducted by medical staff. The measurements for the eye tests are random and the lenses in the equipment can be dirty with fingerprints. I was seen an hour later than the arranged time. This is a very busy place with tiny claustrophobic rooms for the tests with no windows and fresh air. Please find a place with decent and quality service and medical staff appropriately qualified."
