"Parking is absolutely impossible even if you get to the center 45/50 mins earlier than your appt. reception staff are unfriendly and are too busy talking to other staff or checking their hair/make up, so they basically ignore the patients. The standard of therapy given is very good and that is worth 5 stars but the rest let it down"
