I had been suffering with pain under my shoulder blade for months, I'd tried freeze spray, painkillers, heat pads, nothing was working. I decided to take Sam's advice to have a massage. She released the tension in that muscle, it felt so much better after, I would highly recommend her."

"I had EMDR with Michelle in 2019 after giving birth. I was struggling with old trauma which I didn't want to affect my son. Michelle was understanding, kind and none judgemental. She helped to pin point the traumatic episodes causing me anxiety and 'fixed' it. The treatment is unlike any talking therapy I have had in the past as it seems to be more about rewiring the brain than talking about what happened. It's a fascinating treatment and have recommended her to friends who have also had great success. In very few sessions I no longer have panic attacks or things that trigger my anxiety which has been truly life changing."
