"Avoid. Used twice, never again. First time, pre-booked a car via the app. At the destination, the driver said my card loaded in the app had declined so I paid using another card. When I got home, I saw the payment had been taken on both cards. It took 6 weeks to get a refund of the duplicate payment, despite multiple calls and emails with no apology given. Second time, I pre-booked via the app to collect my wife from Kettering train station for 1.30am and the order was accepted. Come collection time, no one showed up. We both called, 5 times. No answer. After 15 mins waiting, I was notified via the app the order was cancelled, leaving my wife to walk home. Again, no apology and not even an explanation."

"TERRIBLE services will not recommend this company I am literally horrified the driver wouldn't even get out to open the boot for me to put my small suitcase in. The driver made me pay before the journey and I thought 'ok then he got lost'.When I tried to let him know, he had his air pods in both ears and didn't respond.When the driver got to a junction familiar to me, I told him to turn right then left and its the first house on the left he just drove past and I said to him "where are you going," and he said "ohhh I was told a different address then," I said "my house number again" and he told me "GET OUT THEN!" and said "no I paid for this service," and he did an abrupt U-turn to do an emergency stop in front of my house.When I went to get my suitcase he accused me of breaking his boot UNBELIVABLE!!!!!!why he kept sitting in his car instead of opening and closing his boot absolutly shocking. I will never use this company ever again very rude and unprofessional !!!!!"
