"Booked a cab, told dispatch needed to get a train at a certain time, needed driver at door spot on time we agreed, he said no worries.. Driver turned up 10 plus late and I missed my train as a consequence, not drivers fault, tried his best once I told him , dispatch issue.. seem more expensive than other local firm too, as well as late . 2 star as driver tried his best!"

"Fast and lovely service from the company. I use all the time for work and lesuire and can count on them to be on time. Very understand company for people with health/physical conditions. Best taxi company in the area. Driver Lala very friendly and made me/passengers feel welcome!"

"I use them few times. Overall I will give to them 2 stars, why? 1. The save for them is just that fact there are on time. I never had problem with booking taxi. 2. When you make phone call every thing is good, asking for the price from point A to B and it’s alright when you pay with cash. Few times I paid with Apple pay and after all they charged me extra few pounds. Once it was about £1.50 but last time it was £2.65…. The question is for what? If on the line guy says let say £15 why they charge extra few pound’s? 3. One of the drivers force me to give good review in the Google. I went to the car and we start talking. After 2/3 minutes he just stop conversation and asks me for review and google. I said yes but I will do that later. He was like “op you can do it now by giving us 5 stars review” I was like what? He was Non stop on about and I just say yes to leave me alone. When we been on the stop lights he just checked when I wrote and how many stars I give… that was my worst experience with a taxi man ever."

"Yes, I had an important meeting and to be sure I ordered a taxi the day before to be sure that I would be on time and I would have 30 minutes of spare time on the spot. the taxi showed up 15 minutes after the appointment had been made. I do not recommend, always late, any driver has a different fare. despite the exact same route."

"Would leave minus stars if possible. They turned up 25 minutes late to my wedding with not enough cars, causing guests to be late and some having to drive instead. We had booked weeks in advance so there was no excuse for this level of service."
