"I was referred to them in Feb 2021 and had an assessment. The letter I received was vague/inaccurate and Amy Slade refused to contact me to discuss the inaccurate information. I raised a complaint bit it was ignored. I was told to deal with the situation and MH problems alone without any support, and kill myself as not worth even a phone call. The CMHT are a contributing factor to MH issues. Avoid at all costs."
