Brook Lane Surgery

"I just rang this surgery and waited more than 20 minutes for my call to be answered when apparently I was number six. When my call was answered I explained very clearly why I was calling. The reception said they did not understand and was exstreamly abrupt. They had this sense of urgency and impatience that caused me a great deal of anxiety. They pointed me in directions that meant they would not have to deal with the call. Like telling me to put it in an email when I didn't need to . And then telling me to go elsewhere when I did not need to. I asked a question that any surgery could answer, but she didn't feel like it . She asked her manager and they didn't feel like it. Then when I pointed out that the call had bee difficult I was told I was being rude and that I was being hung up on. I wasn't hung up on. I was put back in the queue . A while later the same incompetent receptionist who speaks like a robot , picked up the call and said " hello how can I help you?" That's how bad she is at being a receptionist. She can't even hang up the phone adequately. I told her I would like to speak to the practice manager and her colleague told her to hang up and she did. Bravo Brook lane surgery you earned this review."
