"We are so unhappy with the surgery. You can’t make appointments in advance. They refused to see my son point blank who was in pain, eventually got advice from family (I’m lucky enough to have medical relations). This wretched call in the morning service is crazy I called 22 times this morning for an engaged tone before giving up. Will try again tomorrow but outraged they think this is an acceptable way of working."
