She's always professional, the room is always spotlessly clean and she goes above and beyond to make sure all surfaces and the treatment area are very well disinfected between each client. I never feel rushed, she takes her time, with photos before and after, is thorough with the paper work, medical history's and consents etc. We always have a good natter and a catch up. Everytime I visit, she explains after care, even though I've had it explained many times previously, but it just goes to show her passion and professionalism.
