"I’ve been at this branch for over 15years and it’s gone downhill massively! The service here is absolutely shocking! The staff have no idea what they are doing, you have an appointment booked and had me waiting 20-40mins on more than once occasion, appointments are rushed and not done properly, the staff are so inexperienced and awful both In the contact lense department and downstairs! I’ve been there and rang several times over the last few months because they cannot get anything right! Paying monthly for contacts I do not get on time and are not even suitable, telling me glasses on in stock then that they need to be ordered everything. I would avoid this place at all costs!!!!"
