"I love my new kitchen. It was small and dark with very little work surface. It is still small but feels so much bigger and brighter now. I had a fairly clear idea of what I wanted - in such a small space there were limited options for major changes. I asked 3 firms to come in to design and quote. I am sure the other 2 were fine but Richard picked up on potential issues, design details that the others just did not see. Issues were addressed at the design stage meaning I was not dealing with numerous phone calls or questions during the construction stages. He also was the only one that came up with a solution to improve the lighting and it is a great solution. The guys he brought in to do the individual jobs were all good and the project finished on schedule and on budget. It cost me more than I initially intended to spend but I have finished up with exactly what I want, with minimal stress or hassle. I don't regret a penny (or pound)."
