"I'm sorry to say that after several years of using this company for supplies without any problems, recent orders have all been subject to missings which are out of stock despite the website stating otherwise. Messaged twice but received no reply and only after phoning did I discover the items not currently available."

My order was placed and within 24 hours my 10 84l Really Useful Boxes were on doorstep from UPS/MonkeyOffice. I have to say I did look at the reviews here before placing the order and I was a little wary when I shouldn't have been, first class from start to finish. I ordered some similar 64l boxes from Asda recently and the whole experience was horrendous and I don't even mean slightly. I made one order and they split it into 10 but kept the same order number so when two were delivered they couldn't find the rest or when they were going to be delivered, they arrived late/damaged/on four yes four separate days, they wouldn't replace them, they came back to collect them and they came on three separate days to collect, no apology, nothing. This experience was the complete opposite."
