"Lovely furniture and kitchens. I also liked the Neptune range of products. The cafe is also very good, lovely coffee, tea and scones. Will definitely return for the cafe and probably the furniture too."
"Hunters Cafe is a quiet haven in a bustling town. The staff is delightful. Menu items are fresh and well presented. Clean, uncluttered, beautifully decorated, and situated adjacent to one of Hunter's lovely shop displays, it's my favorite cafe in Derby!"
"The cafe was lovely.Set in a beautiful place, and the ladies who were serving were both polite and friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and we shall definitely return next time we are in Derby. I have to say we usually go to Marks cafe, but the last time we went they didn't even have wholemeal bread! They couldn't even be bothered to get a loaf for us out of the foodhall! Not any more.Hunters is fab,and I know nothing would be too much trouble for the staff."
"Following a nightmare experience with a different furniture store, we decided to try Hunters. How glad we are that we did. They have an excellent choice of quality suites to suit all tastes and Mike could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He has restored our faith in getting an excellent service. I would recommend Hunters to everyone and am doing !!"
"Ordered a chair online from hunters, I was given an estimated delivery date by e-mail of 1st to 3rd of August. I called them shortly after as I was due on leave around that time and they assured me that they'd give me a call once the furniture reached their warehouse for delivery and that they'd then confirm a delivery date and if there were any issues we'd be able to discuss options. I was a very happy customer. Great service, they'd recognised the possible challenges I'd face and found an easy solution all good. So time rolled past, we got to three weeks after the estimated delivery date and I call them up again, only to find that the new estimated delivery date is the end of September. No one bothered to tell me there was a delay. I only found out when I called up to ask what was going on. When I asked why there was a delay the answer was a fudge about "covid issues". If there's going to be a delay (let alone a two month delay) then at the very least I'd expect to be informed."
