"I went to support a young lady today about her son. The receptionist staff only spoke when they had to. When we went In to see the Dr I could not believe how disconnected she was. Very fague about what we were talking about. I have always put good comments on many doctors surgery of my own and my mothers. I was absolutely appalled and needed to write this. We come out of the surgery thinking that we were not supported at all. We asked a few questions with and got a shrug off the shoulders, and was told it's going to be a few weeks before we hear anything. Dr never even spoke to the little boy or engaged with him at all. Considering the appointment was about him. Improvements need to be made at this surgery . Manners do not cost a thing!!!"
"The receptionists are absolutely shocking with disgusting attitude i understand there are appointments first come first serve at 8am but now there is a 30 second voice message as you dial to which people who pay for the calls have to pay for, secondly in that message they wish to know what the problem is and you are not obliged to share information, however if you don't share what the problem is they refuse to give you appointments for that day and give you one weeks away, they are very nosy and never listen. Should you dare to ask for a morning appointment they offer you afternoon and then hang up the phone when you repeat yourself you can only do mornings. Very very rude staff on the reception"
