"I only moved to Audley practice around 2 months ago, and I honestly can’t fault them at all. The receptionists are super friendly and exceptionally helpful, I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment when I really needed one. I usually arrive early due to bus times, and not once have I sat waiting for more than around 2 minutes. Today I saw Dr Wharton for an issue that I’ve been having for 6 years, and she is the first and only doctor who has given me a solid plan of action to finally get it sorted. She was kind, understanding and very thorough. I couldn’t ask for a better practice, especially when GP surgeries are currently facing such unwarranted scrutiny and criticism. Thank you."
