"My Mosaic Hair Clinic experience I first contacted Matt back in 2020 and in the period when we could move around during Covid I travelled to Stoke on Trent from Manchester for my consultation. Matt was in the process of moving to his new location . I went to.my consultation with lots of questions . Within minutes of being in Matts company I felt reassured simply because all my questions were answered in depth and with clarity. Due to covid I didn't start my treatment until November 2021 .I was already aware that I would need a minimum of 3 treatments. It actually was four but this was because I was at level 7 or the Norfolk scale. Once we had agreed my new hairline Matt started the treatment. Session 1 and 2lasted for about two hours.
