"I'm dismayed by all the negative comments regarding the practice, having lived in leek now for almost 10 years and being a patient here I cannot fault them. EVERYONE I speak to in other areas tell of horror stories regarding appointments, service etc. Both my wife and I have never had a problem getting an appointment and recently when I forgot my medication on holiday, they arranged for it to be collected at a local chemist the same day. There's always negativity out there these days, so hopefully this might bring a tinge of hope for the staff at the practice"

"Been waiting for abdominal test results since January scan was done on the 12th of December spent the last 2 days trying to get someone to talk to me even called in told to ring in the morning after 10 then told no doctor availability till after 1 rang after one to be told ring back tomorrow I've not got a clue what to do now it's past a joke ."

"Dawn the “midwife” is the laziness NHS staff member I’ve ever came across. Could not be bothered to get up off her backside to see me during any of my three pregnancies or to even take blood or give me the whopping cough vaccine. The practice nurse goes to see if she’s available and then literally makes excuses saying she’s left the building when reception staff confirm she’s present..this has happened with all 3 of my pregnancies,never mind trying to get an antenatal apt with her."

"1min 30 seconds of recorded voice then 15 minutes of music, all because could companies etc get a percent for each minute extra they keep you hanging on, before it would be engaged cost zero til you got through. All other services are a discrace as well before the Plandemic you could rarely see a doc face to face now you more likely win on a scratch card"
