"MBST This review is well over due but then again it’s good for anyone looking into MBST treatment that it does work long term. I had my treatment December 2019, I had a herniated l4 disk in my back, I was suffering from severe sciatic pain, I had tried all different types of treatment from acupuncture, to chiropractors. My girlfriend has been coming to Suzanne for a few years now she suffers from shoulder pain and tennis elbow. I thought I’d be going in for a standard 1 hour session and maybe I’d get some laser treatment or shockwave treatment, I was rather surprised when I was recommended to get MBST treatment. For one I’d never heard of it and two it’s expensive. But I’m a few years post treatment and I’m back in the gym, currently training for a half marathon so 100% worth it, for anyone out there with pain and no solution in sight, the NHS we’re recommending me to steroid injections, I looked into it and people said it only worked for a few months and then the pain was back, and after that they would be looking into surgery for me which I wanted to avoid. MBST, it works for knees, backs, shoulders, practically any bone or cartilage that has worn down it helps the cells regrow, basically magic."
