"I have been receiving long term treatment for a rotator cuff injury which has been steadily improving throughout due not only to the treatment itself but also the time taken to demonstrate exercises to help strengthen various groups of muscles and increase mobility. There is always time taken at the start of a session to look at progress, understand how my day to day life and my treatment plan have been managing to co-exist, recap on techniques etc. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable and discusses with me a whole range of topics from diet/nutrition to training techniques and physiology, so I get a very good appreciation of where I currently am and how to achieve my ultimate goals."
