"If you get served within 5 mins it would be a miracle staff are so slow and never stocked up there are always problems with this place and it's never open 24hrs ever"
"The shop, although expensive, is a good place to go during the day time. However, since Covid, they've decided to close whenever they want to now. Supposed to be 24 hour, and yet, despite it being 2 years since COVID started, the shop still hasn't updated its open hours which has been a huge inconvenience to be since it was the only place that opened after 12. Seriously organise your times better."
"Half an hour queing outside to pay for petrol another ten inside My 8 year old said 'why don' t they use the small window' so much for management. And 8 year old with better skills than grown ups no more to say. Raining hanging around with virus in the air and if only it was just during the pandemic we might go back to convenience. Mothers meetings outside smoking and inside on mics everytime I have been in. This place has been struggling for about 2 years with no management. Joke. Go to markeaton. They upted their game and have never once had to que like that at anytime."
"This place has long (years) had a problem with drug addled low lives begging in the space between the front door and the cash machine. I got told off today for ignoring the one in one out sign today (it wasn't even busy inside!) but they can stuff it if they think I'm going to wait outside, in the dark with a drug addict after money for his next fix. They really need to clean up their act and get rid of the worthless scum which hang around the place as their presence is threatening to customers."
"It’s great that the shop is open most bank holidays, but I’ve often found the staff to be rude and talk amongst themselves whilst you wait in a long line to be served. Fair to say that some assistants are friendlier and more polite than others. The parking is tight and limited. When the delivery truck parks across multiple spaces you will struggle to park."
