"Got liquid that was leaking took it back two minutes later. Guy said that I probably dropped it... Was a little bit taken back but was firm I wanted an exchange as I wanted what I paid for. He then rang up his boss and gave me the phone to speak to him? He didn't pick up and ended up getting an exchange. Picked up another nic shot also, got home and it was empty. You don't get what you pay for here, terrible service won't be going back."
