"It used to be good. Now there are members of staff smoking by the front door and not attending tills. The cigarette smell was very off-putting, I almost left the shop. Sometimes there is a creepy guy who sounds like he's hitting on you instead of having a polite chat. But the most shocking thing is that they don't wear masks all the time and they let people in without masks! On a busy day, every third customer didn't wear a mask. I made a loud comment about it, dropped the basket and left. I'm ashamed of my nation and betrayed as an NHS worker. I'm definitely not coming back and I won't recommend this shop to anyone unless the standards get better."
"My favourite Polish Shop in Shirley area. Cheapest prices, helpful staff, nice products and a good bread. I go there almost every week with my English friends and we all are always treated very professionaly. We met the owner few times and he's very kind."
