"Went here for Hermes pick up to drop off items I was returning to Amazon, the man that served me was blunt and rude, didn’t explain what I had to do or tell me what the next step was just kept saying “what your doing is wrong” “this is your problem” “I can’t do anything” awful experience will never go here again even to shop, get your staff in line and make sure they can communicate customers.
