"I came here because it is a local hairdresser and looks pleasant from outside. To my horror I will never come back. The entire time the ladies spoke to one another in polish and ignored their clients. Wasn't offered water, tea, coffee. I asked for a permanent hair colour and I was refused. Now I realise this was to get me to come back when the color fades. Really awful atmosphere. No positivity , no good vibes , wouldn't go back even if hair treatments were free."

"First time at Classic Cuts, absolutely brilliant experience. Georgiana patiently listened to my wants etc., and did exactly what I asked, also gave me some much needed professional advice, think that's the only time I've ever had that happen, cut was amazing and the colour was so clever as I do not have the best hair to deal with. There was no expectation of the usual annoying chit chat about weather/ holidays etc etc, just a very comfortable relaxed experience. Lovely , have booked my next appointment. Sooo happy Mary"

"I’ve had a very bad experience here. the techniques used at Classic Cuts are just that – classic and outdated. I came in with all natural uncoloured brown hair. I paid £115 pounds for a dry cut, “full” head of foils and a blow dry. Not only was this overpriced, but it was done incorrectly! The bleach was applied over an inch away from my roots, uneven and no toner was used afterwards. When I went to get some of my money back so that I can go fix it, I was met with hostility from the manager/owner -over the phone! She didn’t even SEE my hair in person! She said she would do my hair herself and that I will need to rebook an appointment. The way she worded it sounded like she was expecting me to pay for it. I said that I won’t be paying to get it fixed. She then basically called me a liar and said that I was just trying to get my hair done for nothing. She was extremely rude and defensive, I can only assume I’m not the 1st person who has tried to get their money back for not getting what they expected. The staff (as the owner likes to remind everyone) apparently have 18+ years of experience. This MAY be true, but its guaranteed that they have not had any recently training! Although the staff are friendly, majority of them cannot speak English very well, which only complicates things, miscommunication ensues and next thing you know you have to go to the store to get a box of brown hair dye to put over a head of foils you just paid £115 for. What a waste of money!!!"

"I have just been to Classic Cuts and had my hair washed, cut and a blow dry. The best hair wash I've had in years, the cut is amazing, for once not too much was cut off, and the blow dry was perfect! The prices are incredibly reasonable, I wish I lived here I would go there and let Georgiana look after my hair at least once a week. She is a wonderful hairdresser. Do yourselves a favour and use this salon you won't be disappointed."
