Special shout out to Robin in the garden section who was particularly patient with me Yesterday (Sunday) whilst I was trying to pick a few plants. "Have shopped in the Ashbourne store ever since it opened. Always found the staff helpful and polite....that was until today. A member of staff who couldn't care less followed by a passive aggressive team leader. Horrible experience of having the man raise his voice at me in front of my daughter. I have raised this complaint further as I have never experienced anything like what I did today. All because some items had been put in the wrong place, therefore listing a much lower price, when I queried it I was met with hostility and was told they had the right to refuse the sale. No apology or accepting that they had made the mistake."
