"They never pick up the phone or answer to email. They are paid for being lazy. Shame on you!!!"
"I have to renew my passport and having a phone call with the operator number 44 ,I realise how easy it will be to get it done ,He has been so helpful , friendly , driving me through the website ,solving for me an issue on the registration , booking for me the appointment and explaining me step by step how to do it . Has been really satisfying to deal with the Embassy Thanks again operator number 44"
"5 Stars - Spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Luca this morning who made the process of booking an appointment very simple and easy. He went above and beyond to ensure I was helped. Fantastic customer service."
"Literally "mission impossible" to renew a passport or get an appointment to get the ID card, website is mostly useless as links are broken or they direct you to he wrong service, or not translated. "Fast.it doesn't work properly, links take you to the wrong pages, so even making a change of address for AIRE is another mission impossible. No one picks up the phone, even the security are rude at the consulate. Spent all that money in getting a new fancy consulate but forgot to keep some money aside to staff it! I pray for any italian needing help at some point in their lives, as they won't get from here. Only advice is to go to the Honorary Consulate in Bristol, their facilities are extremely modest but they are helpful and friendly, well worth the long drive!"
"I have always been told to contact the Italian Embassy in London when I felt the need to seek help and protection due to extremely dangerous circumstances in which I felt my life threatened. Today it happened just that. I have emailed them with an explicit request of assistant and help because of a difficult situation I am in, from which I felt no safer and desperately seeking some help to end this hurtful and chaotic chapter of my life. You can imagine how surprising for me was when, after only a few minutes, a new incoming email appeared on my screen with the Embassy as a sender... ...don’t get too excited... They have used a template that has nothing to do with what I have requested, and simply redirect me to the Italian Consolate for following up with my request. Only problem? None of the reasons listed by them in the email were even close to the reason for which I presented my request for help in electronic form. Therefore, I now find myself forced to present myself urgently at the Italian Embassy for having a serious, straightforward answer to my request, and if they offer no help, I will go as far as I go to change the system, obviously broken."
