"I have been compelled to write this review for RKD and give a 5 Star rating because of the experience I recently had with this company, and in particular, the person that took my initial call. It’s not every day that I feel the need to express my gratitude for the help, support and customer service that I receive from a company, but with this company, I felt that it was important to share my positive experience. I spent days researching the internet for GRP trims and other roofing materials for a 2 roof project and decided to call RKD to confirm what I needed to complete the work. I spoke to Neil Sutton who I can honestly say was one of the most helpful contacts I've ever spoken to in a company. He listened to what I was looking to do with the 2 roof project that I had undertaken to complete myself, he advised accordingly. He asked me to email him with pictures of all the areas and sections of the roofs that I was going to be working on, and promptly came back to me within 24 hours with suggestions, most of which were at a lesser cost than what I had actually listed. Neil also assured me that he would be there to help me with any technical issues that I may have, and that was whether or not I purchased the products from his company or another company. That was exactly what I needed to hear in order to give me the confidence to order from RKD. I found it necessary to contact Neil a few more times to ascertain that I'd actually understood what I needed to order and found that he had the time and patience to help me.
