"The company is fine, the products was what was ordered and was delivered in a timely fashion etc.. can't complain at that aspect of the trade. Sadly the product I ordered a FAMAG 21mm flat bit is absolute rubbish. First off, from the packet it is blunt.. will hardly cut at all. Secondly the 21mm bit, makes a 22mm hole.. I needed 21mm. If I had taken my £9.00 and threw it down the drain, I'd have been better off. Don't buy this trash!"
