"Excellent customer service! I cannot recommend Shelbys enough! I took out some hair extensions and when I washed my hair it became extremely matted beyond repair, so I had thought. I'd tried all sorts of methods and then accepted I'd have to have the entire length cut off. My hair grows slowly so I was gutted. However, I went into Shelbys today and the ladies were so friendly and professional when dealing with my issue. Kat in particular took her time to try everything she could to undo my mess without cutting off a huge amount of matted hair, which I thought was the only option. She saved my hair, the length and the thickness with professionalism, so much patience and was so reassuring throughout! Thank you all so much for your parts in helping today - I'm so grateful for the amazing service I received!"
