"I purchased two bottles of wine on 08/07/19 a Chablis (Premier Cru) and a Fleurie for a total of £25.98 (receipt available). Unfortunately the Chablis, which was opened that evening, was off; so i returned it the following day for a refund. The assistant in the shop said she could do nothing if i did not like the taste of the wine!! and could not refund my £14.99. i explained that as an older person (70 if ur asking) i know exactly how Chablis should taste (having lived in France for many years and had many bottles :-)) and that that this was 'off'. I asked the lady to taste the wine to prove my point but she declined. She then refused to refund the money and said she would have to call the owner . This she did but no reply, i said ok and left my name and mobile number for this person to call me back. It has now been over two months and no-one has called so i am out of pocket for £14.99 (the wine was left in the store) and i am not hopeful of a response. All i can advise is STAY AWAY. This is really poor service amazed its still going TERRIBLE"
