"Would have given no stars if I could have. The woman who works here has to be one of the rudest people I’ve come across. Went to collect a parcel and was told to recheck my confirmation from the courier as she did not believe that it was in the shop and told me to come back the next day. At this point she hadn’t even looked herself. When I told her the date it would be at her shop she then blamed me for not giving this to her. Not sure why they provide the service if it’s such a bother to them but of course they are happy to take the money for it. Won’t use them again and would advise others to steer clear."
