"Used to shop here all the time but has now gone seriously downhill. Items on the shelves not inputted so won't scan...was told because of this I could not purchase. Prices have gone through the roof, freezers empty, low or no stock. Shelves empty but stock sitting on top waiting to be put on shelves. 4 people on self scan waiting with red lights for staff attention, but only 1 member of staff scanning/checking a customers full trolly. Gone badly downhill....Will be using aldi from now on."
"My partner recently went in to buy some bits and was short of money so went to put one item of tinned mackerel back and the young female member of staff on the self service checkouts offered to pay for the item herself for him. He was quite taken back and was thankful for her generosity as its above and beyond her duty. Even though he turned down her offer he would like to thank you (heather) for offering him this gesture of goodwill. You are so kind. We could do with more staff like you in this day and age. Your amazing."
