"Claire has been styling my hair for 14 years and I can’t fault her! Had my hair coloured today and as usual she has done an amazing job. Always feel welcome and a friendly service."
"I have been a customer for the last 2 and a half years, always been very happy with the service. In April I had my hair cut by a new lady at the salon and she cut my hair far too short and not according to how I asked, but I let it go. Last night I went for a hair cut again with yet another new person I have not seen there before, she didn't listen properly and cut my sideburns square off both sides instead of the neatly blending them into my beard as one would expect from a reasonable person. Now I had to shave off my beard to make up for the holes the hairdresser cut in my beard. And I still had to pay full price for the hair cut. I am very angry and disappointed. Will never go back there again."
