"Update since my last review - they refunded me on the rancid chicken. So i have upped their rating for good customer service. They sold me chicken on Friday evening and I went to cook it this morning (Sunday) less than 48 hrs - the chicken has been in a very cold fridge - and it's rancid. Extremely rancid. I phoned the store and accused me of "not keeping my chicken in the fridge" and lying to them. Honestly, who tries to scam a business out of £16 of chicken? I bought it especially to feed my relatives who only eat halal meat. Now I have guests and no meat. Their response was that it wasn't their problem. I am extremely disappointed. They told me to bring the raw chicken to them do i will so when i head home. I should hope that they refund me after this trip."
