"Shocking company, booked in at 9am for tyres then turned away as they couldn't fit me in. Told to come back at 3 and still had to wait over a hour. Booked in for MOT was told be there for just after 8.30am and will be taken in. When I arrived was told I am lying and wouldn't even give me a time. The man working at reception clearly has no idea what he is doing as tried to say it wasn't him I was dealing with then changed and said it was him. When I spoke to the manager he tried denying that the receptionist was rude and was very disrespectful just because they supposedly never had a complaint about him before. Terrible customer service."
