Ratna has ever so gentle hands as well as her personality. She is ever so careful and explains everything so well. Both ladies are ever so caring and the result of their work is Excellent! "Brought Mum here as she really needed a new bottom denture but at 95 we were a little wary of how easy this would be. Excellent service from all concerned, including Reception, John the dentist and Libby the dental nurse. Very calm in surgery, inspiring confidence and putting us at ease, yes both daughters were allowed in with Mum. She was not an easy patient but all issues were dealt with with understanding and care, she now has a new denture which we still need to work with her to insert and remove but for the first time she can chew and her whole face looks much better. Dentist, John Hume-Spry, is very thorough and always explains the situation with my teeth very clearly. I’m always interested in seeing X-rays etc and he is happy to show me.
