The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. It isn’t the norm to enjoy a dental visit, but Karen and the rest of the team made it so I did. I would thoroughly recommend Heatherstone to anyone."
