"DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL SURGERY!!! Absolutely awful! Every single family appointment has been cancelled for the last year, in fact i've not been able to see a dentist since before Covid! And now I can't even get through to speak to anyone. Absolutely dreadful! And now an update.......I was emailed saying how sorry they were that i was having so many issues, and invited me to call them.......do they not understand that you cannot get through to speak to anyone..............still absolutely dreadful!"

"After waiting 9 months for my first appointment this has been cancelled at the last minute with no explanation as to why. This hasn’t come as a surprise as my partner has had numerous appointments cancelled, including emergency appointments. Since registering here, we have never managed to see a dentist at all! Adding to this, the phone lines are never answered and messages left are never responded to. When we have gone to the surgery to speak to staff during the advertised opening hours, having not been able to get through by phone, we have found it locked up and no one there. No care for patients whatsoever and not one off occasions which could of course be excused."

"I waited 6 months to get a place with this dentistry for me and my family. Then the appointment got cancelled last minute and we had to wait another 2 months. Then when we arrived the dentist was 40 minutes late, which is great with a 5 year old at 5pm on a Friday! We booked followed up appointments, which were not logged correctly so when we arrived we had to re-book. I just went back AGAIN today and I had a dentist appointment followed by the hygienist, but the dentist was running 40 minutes late AGAIN. I walked out. I'd rather my teeth fall out than visit this inept practice. They will not answer the phone either. AVOID."

"I’ve been using this dentist since before covid. Regularly had appointments cancelled last minute. Then had to wait months for the next and shock, cancelled again! My daughter is 9 years old and had tooth pain and has been repeatedly cancelled on by this practice. We were told she was referred and when I followed up nothing had been actioned. My daughter had an appointment at 8am today and the practice was closed when we arrived. We’re not sat in the waiting room with 5 other people and I’ve overheard my daughters dentist isn’t even here! No one’s communicating with us. This is a regular occurrence here so don’t bother trying to come here because you probably won’t get seen and will waste hours of your life waiting for your appointment while the rude staff ignore you."

"We have had numerous appointments cancelled at the last minute. Apparently the dentist decides they can't be bothered to work on the day. I had an appointment this morning and checked in a few minutes early. After about 40 minutes with absolutely no updates from the receptionist I gave up, along with a few others. I could hear my dentist's voice so he was obviously there. I am British and pay for my treatment, unlike the majority who were waiting. Evidently another dentist was running late and they were planning to contact patients who were booked in later to cancel as this dentist finishes at 3pm. Surely if she couldn't be asked to turn up on time she should be staying later to clear the backlog created by her own tardiness. Absolute shambles."
